Diversifying our student body, and consequently our disciplines and professions, is critical for positively impacting our society with new and innovative ideas, as well as achieving our University mission and vision. As reflected in our Strategic Plan, all programs should be actively working to increase the recruitment, retention, and graduation of under-represented and under-served students.
