The Natural Sciences Ph.D. program’s Chemistry discipline provides a base of graduate chemistry training along with the opportunity to interact with allied disciplines for an individualized graduate experience tailored to specific research and academic interests. Graduates of this program are prepared for a variety of careers, including roles as analytical chemists, quality control and assurance specialists, materials scientists, physical scientists and professionals in energy research and development.
